All strategies are based on backtested data, but past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure that their trading account is API enabled and compatible with the software provided.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials (e.g., API keys, broker credentials).
Users must verify and approve strategy logic before deployment. We are not liable for any misconfiguration or trading outcomes once approved.
4. Subscription & Payments
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Payments must be made in advance before the activation of services.
The user agrees to the fee structure shared at the time of subscription and understands that no claim for refund or partial refund will be entertained once the service is activated.
5. Risk Disclaimer
Trading in financial markets involves risk of loss. Automated or algorithmic trading does not eliminate this risk.
The client acknowledges that no performance guarantee is provided and that they are fully responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software code, graphics, and tools provided by Ashwini Trade Solutions are the intellectual property of the company.
Reproduction, resale, or distribution of our software without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Data Privacy
We do not share or sell your personal or trading data with any third party.
Your broker account credentials and API keys are used solely for executing trades via approved strategies.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services in the following cases:
Misuse of our software or breach of terms.
Use of false or misleading information.
Any illegal or fraudulent activity using our systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ashwini Trade Solutions is not liable for:
Any trading loss or damage incurred due to automated execution.
Software failure due to broker-side issues, internet disruption, or third-party service failure.
Errors resulting from incorrect configuration by the user.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your City.
